Tresspaasers at Newport resteraunt arrested (I'm an AG!!!)

Who gets to make that decision, the greeter at the front door? What if the restaurant is a publicly held corporation? Are the shareholder/owners responsible?

Anyone who works there who has been given that authority, known in legalese as a "representative." Usually any manager on duty fits the bill. Also, of course, the owner would qualify. I've watched NUMEROUS youtube cop videos where someone is acting up at a store or place of business, sometimes national chain, and the manager comes out and tells the cops "I want him trespassed." That's all they have to say.

You really think if you throw fries at a Mcdonalds employee that they have to call corporate to get you trespassed? You're not this stupid, man.

Couple of LEZ? GOVT workers out tearing up the town. Dark rooted hoe is an AG (20 times?). Oh? "Assistant AG" lol Above the law.

Kicked out. Given every chance to leave. But I'm special. Obiden country. Stain types.

Do we know why they were trespassing? I don't get it. It was so easy to just leave.

Nothing worse than the "You know who I am?" jerks.
Love when the entitled pricks get a little Karma.
I was manager of a retail store at one time and this homeless looking guy came in causing trouble. He obviously wasn't going to buy anything. So, I was kicking him out and he was giving me shit about who he was, where he worked, and who he worked for and waved around a card to "prove" who he was. I decided to see the "proof" so I took a moment to look at the card he had in his hand. It was a card from the mayor of the city. The card looked legit and he didn't look like the type who was smart enough or had the resources to print up a fake card. He probably pulled it out of a garbage can somewhere. So, I laughed and kicked him out and told him he could have the mayor call me. Of course I never heard anything.

Update: The restaurant doesn't say why they were asked to leave but here is a better description of the incident:

I loved the video though. Another addition to the thread about feel good stories.

Above the law is right. "We're important people, you'll be sorry you arrested us!"
That second one should have been turned over, pants pulled down, and spanked until beet red. :spank:

Well, her career is likely over being that this is receiving national attention and it's all over the media. I don't understand the arrogance behind these people. Two weeks ago there was that guy who was caught vaping on an airplane and he actually filmed himself telling the flight attendant how he was a lawyer and was going to sue them.

Many of these people probably went through childhood never being told they were wrong. This continued through their adolescence and early adulthood.

While I got great grades in school from 1st to college, one of my father's critiques of me always stuck when I did something wrong or bad. "You are the dumbest smart person I know." My mother was also one of those that didn't yell at us in public when we fucked up, she waited to get into the car or to home before unloading.

All that stuck with me.

I was curious about the definition of "Tresspaasers," myself
Any business, or private home homeowner has the right to declare someone not welcome. That triggers LEOs to issue a trespass order preventing that person from being on the premises and escorting them out. Failure to comply peacefully (which few drunks do) results in obstruction charges as well as the original trespass charges. There are a lot of entertaining videos on UTube about this.

Praise in public, punish in private is an excellent way to succeed in life.

For some reason, I inherited the gene that gave me a strong conscience about disappointing my mother. She was my highest benchmark -- if I thought it might hurt her, it got thought about really hard before getting done. Still is my highest benchmark. The best feeling in my life was knowing my mother admired me for something I'd done or refrained from doing.

My mother was manic-depressive, but she's better now. got treatment during the 90's. The 80's for me as a kid were interesting.

My benchmark was my grandfather. WWII vet, died at 102 in 2022.

Condolences to you. I can only image what a difficult experience that was for you.

My grandmother was also an important figure for me.

You must have been born with Levi genes. :smoke:

Actually, it suggests that approval from those you respected was an important factor in forming your self-image.
