Tresspaasers at Newport resteraunt arrested (I'm an AG!!!)

There is no such thing as a "public restaurant." All restaurants are privately owned, so all are private businesses. All can trespass you as they see fit.
I never was kicked out of a restaurant.

Restaurants which are open to the public must comply with numerous requirements and restrictions, regardless of their ownership. They can't deny service or remove you just because "they see fit" to do so.

Yes they can.

Being open to the public doesn't mean they have to tolerate this kind of behavior. They can trespass whoever they want to. THEY OWN THE STORE.

"A business generally has the right to refuse service to anyone, and therefore, to trespass someone from their property, as long as the reason for doing so is not based on discriminatory grounds related to protected characteristics like race, religion, sex, etc." They can literally trespass you for wearing a blue shirt, even if others are wearing blue shirts. Why? Because its THEIR BUSINESS. You do not have a RIGHT to access to private property. PERIOD. And yes, a business that is privately owned, and open to the public, is STILL PRIVATELY OWNED.

Can businesses trespass you for no reason?

The owners of private property, businesses, services, or resources can legally refuse access to someone without giving a reason, because they own them.

Drunk lesbians acting all up inside a high scale restaurant. Asked to leave but they get all feminist entitled about it. She will likely lose her job with threating a police officer. Its Rhode Island so that place is a ghetto because of the democrats so she won't go to jail.

Restaurants have every right to kick you out for drunken, disruptive, obnoxious, or dangerous behavior.
If you refuse to leave, you are trespassing.

They aren't allowed to kick you out because of your race, creed or natural origin, but they can for virtually any other reason.

If you started an Allah kneel down chorus, you will be told to stop or leave

You are confusing "private" businesses (e.g., clubs) with businesses which are open the the public (regardless of ownership).
You can deny entry into your home, but you can't deny entry into a public restaurant just because you don't like someone. You can call the police, but they won't evict them if you don't have just cause.

Who gets to make that decision, the greeter at the front door? What if the restaurant is a publicly held corporation? Are the shareholder/owners responsible?
