As far as I can tell, there is no right "to make a sexual advance" period. Why would allowing transgender people to use the appropriate bathroom change that?

Who faces more incidents of attack? Trangenders or women? That would be an interesting statistic to find out.

Let's not forget, that transgenders are a lot of time "attacked" because they lead risky lifestyles, drug addiction, etc.
