Transgender pedo ‘witch’ who filmed his own 7-year-old daughter demands to conduct nude Wiccan rituals in NJ women’s prison

Sounds like the Democrat convention in Chicago.

:rofl::laugh:

To me, that monster should be in male prison since that is what he biologically is. Considering what he got put away for, why should he be in lady prison, which we all know is where he wants to be, if had to go to jail at all?

God bless you and the child victim always!!!

Almost defies explanation, don't it?

A twisted transgender pedophile is demanding his women’s prison allow him to conduct Wiccan rituals in the nude in the prison yard.

Marina Volz, 37, a biological male born Matthew, is serving a 25-year sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Clinton, N.J. for filming sadistic pornography of his own 7-year-old daughter.

Volz claims to be Wiccan and sued the prison, the New Jersey Department of Corrections and head of religious services Dr. Joy Lynch in 2023 for religious discrimination, alleging he was denied access to religious items such as Tabbards — a sleeveless Wiccan vestment — and the ability to worship on Wiccan holy days."

I'll bet he was voted "Most likely to check all the DEI boxes" high school. Progressives will love his "struggles" against the Christian hetrosexual patriarchy.
He needs to meet a thick rope and a strong oak. But if his name is in the E Files then he'll get a free pass to ravage his next victim.

Garbage link from a garbage poster.

Works just fine for me.

The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, Pub. L. No. 103-141, 107 Stat. 1488 (November 16, 1993), codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb through 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-4 (also known as RFRA, pronounced "rifra", is a 1993 United States federal law that "ensures that interests in religious freedom are protected." The bill was introduced by Congressman Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on March 11, 1993. A companion bill was introduced in the Senate by Ted Kennedy (D-MA) the same day. A unanimous U.S. House and a nearly unanimous U.S. Senate—three senators voted against passage passed the bill, and President Bill Clinton signed it into law.

The law was passed in response to the United States Supreme Court's 1990 decision in Employment Division v. Smith, which held that "neutral laws of general applicability" that burden the free exercise of religion do not violate the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. RFRA requires that strict scrutiny be applied to any law that burdens religious freedom, providing that such a law may only be justified if it is the least restrictive means of pursuing a compelling government interest.

Hey, I noticed you changed your avatar after your previous one was on a show that absolutely roasted Trump.

Yeah but the nudity portion is not required by the Wicca sect, as far as I know, otherwise, yeah, he should be given the right to practice his religion as any other, minus any illegal public nudity.

Since Wicca doesn't have a Pope or a central authority, interpretation is up to the individual.

The Problem with the RFRA was that it allowed people to sue even if they were the only adherents to a religion. Basically, prisoners claimed to belong to a sect and sued to get privileges.

Civil Rights lawsuits filed by inmates make up for about 20% of all federal actions filed, and the RFRA was a large contributor.

Where does it say the freak can get naked publicly in prison? Can he have a dagger and an animal to sacrifice?

15th post
Where does it prohibit that?

Don't get me wrong, I think RFRA was an awful law because it allows nonsense like this.

But it's still the law.

The prison rules about clothing.

Can he have a dagger and a cat?

Maybe, the judges are rational about the meaning of the law passed by Democrats and you are not.

Or maybe not.

the point is, under the RFRA, he has a right to sue for these kinds of things. The judges will probably say no, they usually do.

(Also, animal sacrifice isn't part of Wiccan beliefs. Quite the opposite.)
