In the video that you clowns are twisting to imply she's saying children can have consensual sex with adults she actually says that young boys and girls have a right to sex education, they have a right to not be touched by an adult without their consent, that young adults have a right to be comfortable in their own bodies and their own sexuality and have the right to have sex with who they choose. In that context she is clearly talking about same sex relationships between young people of similar age. She makes it clear that adults don't even have any right to even put their hands on children without their consent. I'm assuming that is addressing child abuse on behalf of their parents.
