Why do Republicans like going without healthcare, or receiving ridiculous bills in the mail from their healthcare providers?

Now list the populations of those countries. If you're honest, you'll admit the issue. If you're a DNC dupe, you won't.

Having more hospitals just means having more cities, and scaling up should not change anything.
If anything, scaling up should improve economy of scale.
But the US does not scale up or do anything well when it comes to health care.
Lots of people can't afford it at all in the US, and it is way too expensive and poor quality compared to any other country.
Did not used to be that way.
In the 1950s and before, anyone could also always go to a hospital and get health care first.
Billing was always worked out somehow, later.
But as a contractor, I never get employer benefits, and if I do not have insurance, I can't get an appointment to see any doctor or be accepted by any hospital except the ER, which is very poor care and 4 times as expensive.
