I realize it is Thanksgiving so I’ll cut you some slack, but I am very curious the spin you will put on this once you come to the realization that the US is in fact the 2nd ranked country in the world when it comes to MEDIAN disposable income and thus serves as a great example of a non-social Democracy, with many right-wing tendencies, being extremely successful.

My oldest son had his first baby this weekend. Been busy becoming a parent of a parent for the first time. I'll circle back but real quickly the disposable income calculation that you linked doesnt pull out housing and healthcare which eat up more of the US spending money than other nations AND there is no cost of living adjustment factor.

Why would you want to pull OUT the cost of housing and healthcare? If you are trying to compare living standards you want all factors IN the calculation.


And cost of living...? again, that would show... what? this is a snapshot comparison not a over time comparison....
