Just been reading the Toguba report. Damn, things are an absolute mess over there.

Not really surprising that soldiers are abusing prisoners.

Morale, chain of command, training, etc are all completely FUBAR.

I still don't see how senior NCOs lack a basic understanding of the Geneva Convention, etc.

they understand it, its being used as a token defense and nothing more.
