What does any of that have to do with language options on a private customer service line?

The intent is to make anyone that wishes to obtain an American citizenship, to learn the english language. Not force the American citizen to learn another language.

Anyone wanting to gain citizenship already has to learn English...so what is your complaint? That other people speak languages you do not like?
