Perfectly legal. Your gripe is a facade.Technically no because it's legal money. But other than that just the same; transferring money trying to hide that it came from you.

There are in any case more serious crimes Trump can be charged with concerninh his criminal action (and refusal to act) before and during the time his supporters attacked and disrupted Congress Jan. 6th that he should be charged with.

You've just activated a Yuri Bezmenov TRUTH BOMB Public Service Advisory.Wow. You DO come off like Squeaky Fromme
Not the same at all.Same way with a jury TRIAL.
Contrary to teabagger beliefs, prosecutors don't assemble grand juries on a whim.
A judge has to approve it.
Trump files lawsuits that way, normal people don't.
We AMERICANS. NOT ME PERSONALLY.you fought no one, fatso. and certainly not me.
“Appointed by soros” … lol.
He is a liberal. But he was elected … mostly by liberals … in a (
mostly Democratic and liberal city.
Sure. His campaign may have gotten financial aid by some group, funded in part by some other group that was funded in part by a Soros group. But how does that make him … “appointed by soros”? Get a grip. Try to stick to the facts. Prove what you say. Is that so hard?
As far as the recently announced indictment is concerned, there were 30 charges. If they all relate to Stormy Daniels, the Democrats are in my opinion showing they are once again acting arrogantly and politically tone deaf in prosecuting him over this old shit.

If there are other real issues among the 30 charges concerning Trump cheating in business, taxes, etc., then I say prosecute the bastard — but the burden of proof remains on the state.
sure. blame your cowardly braggadoccio and your sophomoric use of your alleged mother tongue on da foreigner. i made you do that.We AMERICANS. NOT ME PERSONALLY.
Not your fault. Foreigners have trouble grasping the nuances of colloquial American English.
PS...No use projecting your weigh struggles on me. I'm actually pretty fit.

You seem mad.
Grrrr. 'your cowardly braggadoccio'.
Do you believe Ray and I know each other in real life and that 'we' together fought against your country?
Cause that's delusional and you should see a professional therapist immediately.
Or do you live in a country I COULD have fought recently? I thought you were from one of the former empires of Europe whose greatness is far, far behind them and are but shadows of their former selves.
But my memory of obscure internet posters isn't infallible.
I didn't fight in one if those more recent war, but that was the circumstance of timing, not training.
yeah. when you fight me again.Strong finale.
Better luck next time.

Interviewer: The Soviets use the phase, “ideological subversion”. What do they mean by that?
Bezmenov: Ideological subversion is the process which is legitimate overt and open. You can see it with your own eyes. All you have to do, all the American mass media has to do is to unplug their bananas from their ears, open up their eyes and they can see. There’s no mystery. There’s nothing to do with espionage. I know espionage intelligence gathering looks more romantic, it sells more deodorants through their advertising, probably. That’s why your Hollywood producers are so crazy about James Bond type of thrillers. But in reality, the main emphasis of the KGB is not in the area of intelligence at all! According to my opinion, and the opinion of many defectors of my caliber, only about 15% of time, money and manpower is spent on espionage as such. The other 85% is a slow process which we call either ideological subversion or active measures, (2 Russian words, активные something, I couldn’t catch it) in the language of the KGB, or psychological warfare. What it basically means is, to change the perception of reality of every American to such as extent that in spite of the abundance of information no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community and their country.
It’s a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages, the first one being demoralization. It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years which is required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy exposed to the ideology of your enemy. In other words, Marxism / Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least 3 generations of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism, American patriotism.
The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already, for the last 25 years, actually it’s over fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where previously not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such a tremendous success. Most of it is being done by Americans to Americans thanks to a lack of moral standards. As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter any more. A person who is demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures, even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him a concentration camp, he will refuse to believe it until he’s going to receive a kick in his fat bottom. When a military boot crushes his BALLS, then he will understand, but not before that. That’s the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.

Now, you can look around you and see what this fucked up Bolshevik demented avenger ideology has wrought right before your eyes!
And, in your case, in the mirror.
Correct, you don’t know any specifics. And neither do any of the nutballs going around calling bullshit. Bunch of hacksI don't. But what's been thrown out there so far is that it's related to the Stormy thing. I would think that if it were anything else, Fat Alvin would have let the public know what those other charges are.
Thank you. Yes judgement should be reserved for when the facts come in. That’s the simple pointI have not seen it, so I will reserve judgement, as you wisely suggest.
But it has been widely speculated that the charges are related to the $130,000 payment for the NDA. It's also been widely reported that the feds twice looked at it, and decided not to pursue any charges, and also that Alvin's Bragg's office also initially refused to pursue.
There is widespread opinion that this appears to be politically-motivated, going after Biden's main opponent, and the prosecution is using untested legal strategy to escalate a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitations has expired, to pursue a felony charge.
It's super hypocritical for Bragg to be doing this while constantly downgrading violent felonies to lesser charges while real crime in NYC surges.

Jim
It's not a meme, dummy. And WHO is spouting these Russian memes?
Yea.
“Conservatives/Trumpers
Not this independent. Oops.
That will never happen. Your country won't make a comeback in my lifetime or yours.yeah. when you fight me again.
See we all know that the charges aren’t known and the evidence behind the charges aren’t known. Yet y’all are running around calling bullshit…. Why?As I said already, of course we don’t yet know the precise charges. The indictment is still under seal.
And although we aren’t yet privy to what was provided in the way of testimony to the grand jury, since it’s a secret proceeding for the time being, we do know in general terms what was provided. The little rat fuck Cohen said his shut against Trump which he had relayed to the world before his GJ testimony. Of course, he’s already a convicted perjurer, so it’s not reasonable to give his testimony too much weight.
But you’re free to believe whatever you wish.
i am happy for youThat will never happen. Your country won't make a comeback in my lifetime or yours.
You are weak and soft.
The good news from your perspective is, thanks to the implementation of your European socialistic political philosophy in America, we'll be joining you in the ash heap of has-been nations in short order.
Misery loves company.
I can't help but notice you have not once offered the name of the country of which you hold citizenship.
No worries, if I were you, I'd be embarrassed too.
