What exactly am I trivializing? Exactly 1 person was blameless in the Bible. The best of the best hero’s in the Bible were all deeeeply flawed people and the Bible did not shy away from that. I already mentioned the most famous king in biblical history, and he murdered his friend to cover up the affair he had with his wife. The tribes of Israel are named after brothers that threw another brother in a pit and left him to die. Israel is named after a guy who tricked his own brother twice, once his for his birth right, and again for his inheritance. The guy who wrote the most books in the Bible is the very same one who spent an entire career seeking out Christians and murdering them for their beliefs. These are attacks on what is driving YOUR philosophy, which is also the philosophy of the left, that it is the government responsibility to act as Kumbayah Christ.
