He had some remarkable seasons when Julio Jones was his primary target. But the jig seems to be up as the Falcons drop to the rock bottom of the NFC South.
I think he can do very well as a "game manager". A team with a solid defense and a good running game can be a good fit for Ryan. The team wanting to make short term playoff-run can benefit from his experience. But I think his days with the Falcons are over and that would be best for both him and the team.
