There is some truth to this. Take the Northside of Chicago. In Lakeview just 20 years ago were very much black and gangland areas. The schools got a 1 ranking on the statistics. Fast forward 20 years and Lakeview is nearly entirely white and just about the best place to live in the city. Strikingly though the schools receive less funding (due to more money going to the highway robbery pensions), but are now good schools with much higher rankings.

The only change is the student body. Black to white kids.


I mean South African blacks were giving a first world industrialized nation on a silver platter and it didn’t even take one generation for them to squander it back to a 3rd world shit hole

Im not sure better is the best way to put it... But on the whole; their collective populations IQ, cannot shoehorn them into the mold of western civilization successfully. In such attempts they always come up short. Perhaps they should attempt to attain a different goal. One that plays to their strengths. Now one glaring thing is that Estonia was colonized longer, much longer, and also colonized until a more recent date.

Estonia has bounced back fine, with enormous economic growth since the 1990's, Estonia has produced some solid tech like Skype, or Kazaa, and now Estonia is #1 in educational PISA scores in Europe.

Now, not only did Estonia fare better than Black nations colonized for less time.

Estonia fared better than Black nations like Haiti, where colonization ended much earlier.

Furthermore Ethiopia which wasn't colonized is in much worse shape than Estonia.
