But most black people running for President have been Republican and have been mercilessly denigrated, attacked, accused, cancelled by Democrats much more than white people because they were "traitors to their country" and/or "a discredit to their race." But other than those barriers the Democrats put up for black people running as Republicans, so long as a candidate meets the requirement for citizenship and age specified in the Constitution, there are no restrictions on who can run for President. That is equality.

Most blacks running for president haven't been Republican.

The only black PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEES have been Democrats. Republicans chose to nominate a convicted felon over a decent Christian black man who has served multiple terms in the Senate.

Most presidents have been white because until 1964 blacks couldn't vote. Black Republicans who do not speak as whites want them to on matters of race are canceled by the party.

Blacks do not have to like or support blacks who work with white supremacists to erase policies that have helped black people. This is what the white racist Republican calls being mercilessly denigrated, attacked, accused, and canceled. We do not have to support our destruction to make white Republicans happy.
