I know many of you dislike the judges who have been holding the line against the tyranny of the Trump administration, but irrespective of your opinions of them, to the best of my knowledge and for the most part, they all earned their positions.

'U.S. District Judge George Hanks Jr. dismissed the lawsuit against Frank Figliuzzi, the former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence, writing in his decision: “A person of reasonable intelligence and learning would not have taken his statement literally.”

Figliuzzi, who had been working as an analyst for MSNBC (now MS NOW), made the comments on the network’s “Morning Joe” program last year.

“By saying that Patel spent ‘far more’ time at nightclubs than his office, Figliuzzi delivered his answer ‘in an exaggerated, provocative and amusing way,’ employing rhetorical hyperbole.” Hanks wrote.'

Where the judge erred was in leaving the impression/excuse for some that that decision does not just apply to/in this case but in most everything in the media...in that way the decision does more harm than good

sounds like a description of the ruling itself...^TRANSLATION:^ "FOR CHRISTMAS SAKES!...it was just the news, get a sense of humor folks, don't take it so seriously"
