This judge hasn't been paying attention.

Smart Judge

The Trump administration flew immigrants to war-ravaged South Sudan earlier this month despite a court order requiring ICE to give people being deported to a country that's not their own a chance to argue their concerns in court. Trump administration lawyers claimed that could be done after arrival in the countries.

Murphy made clear the deportees should be given adequate notice and opportunity to raise fears of persecution or torture before they were taken to third countries, and he said the administration had raised red herrings to avoid complying with his order.

Maybe you're not getting a response because no one has made the claim that Trump has to inform some pissant district judge about his actions. He doesn't have to inform them of jackshit. And the thing is, if none of the deportees, or other interested parties, had filed a grievance with the court, we wouldn't be talking about any of this.
Trump has authority to deport but not to a destination that was not that persons country

Winston thinks Trump is breaking the law. I think the judges are. Why do we let the judges get the upper hand in this while the president has to wait this bullshit out?
.

One by one, these "judges" will be dealt with.

Drip, drip, drip and then.....................FLOOD.

Great question and the answer is easy. Simply reading Marshall's decision in Marbury v. Madison would easily answer it.

The very essence of civil liberty certainly consists in the right of every individual to claim the protection of the laws whenever he receives an injury. One of the first duties of government is to afford that protection. In Great Britain, the King himself is sued in the respectful form of a petition, and he never fails to comply with the judgment of his court.

Who, Trump and his gang. These people being deported have not been proven to have committed ANY crimes. Provide proof and THEN ship them back.

Trump is not enforcing current immigration law, he's flouting it. Marco Rubio has complained that the Constitution is an impediment to speedy, mass deportations. Well at least SOMETHINIG is an impediment to their lawlessness.
Of course he is following and enforcing the law. The courts have agreed

No wonder berg80 and rightwinger did not want to talk about the criminal history of these men

Instead they just want them to remain in the US custody till the next democrat president can release them back into the general population and on a pathway to citizenship

God help us

Guess what?

Criminals are still provided Constitutional protections

When incarcerated in an American prison, can they choose where they are put?

The left institutes lawfare to stop the process of deportation, hoping to string it out to make the process unworkable so that the cost in time and money won't be worth it to the American public.

This is what you were really thinking, isn't it?

What, you need a response. Fine, first question, are these people walking the streets? Murder convictions, child rapist, are they walking the fucking streets? If they are, well I say we got some bigger problems. But they probably aren't.

So, they have been convicted, they are incarcerated, why ship them off to Sudan? I mean I am sure those for-profit private prisons ain't too happy about losing that revenue. I am even more sure that Sudan ain't taking those prisoners out of the goodness of their heart. They got something, just like El Salvador.

The only reason I can see for doing this, show. It is all bread and circus with the confidence man president, Donald Trump. And for Trump, that probably all this really is. I mean he ain't all that bright. But Stephen MIller, well it is a trial balloon. First, we ship off these convicted violent criminals to some backass country without due process. Sure, we will throw some four year old cancer victim in the mix for shits and giggles, but if we can get by with it, well we turn it up a notch. So next up, Trump's political enemies, vindication is not a trait you want in a president. A dictator, damn skippy, but not the leader of a free Republic.

And the worst part. If Trump had a competent legal team he might be able to pull this shit off. But honestly, any lawyer halfway worth a shit is going to avoid Trump like the damn plague. I mean this case a glaring case in point. The "pissant District Court Judge" bent over backwards to accommodate the president. He gave them the freedom to define "due process". The stupid shits couldn't even climb over that low bar.

You want to talk money. How many people did we send to El Salvador? I mean what did we get for six million fucking dollars? Since the cost of a federal inmate is about $120 a day, how about you do the math.

Please make sure to keep your crusade for CRIMINAL TERRORIST ILLEGAL ALIENS going all the way to the MIDTERMS, Mr. Smith.

Guess what?

Criminals are still provided Constitutional protections
When they are illegal aliens their rights are very limited

Particularly when they are violent criminals

I wish trump haters cared as much about the physical safety of American citizens as they do about saving violent criminals

Answer the question. These "criminals", they are already incarcerated here. What do we achieve by sending them off to some foreign prison? And maybe, more importantly, what are those foreign countries getting in return?

Deflection. You don't want them gone.
