What do you believe constitutes an invasion then, if not multiple hundreds of thousands of people forcing entry into one's homeland by force of arms? Do you have some other definition?
I agree that an invasion is lots of people forcing their way into a place by force of arms----
like the arab muslim invasion of Palestine ---several times-----and the arab muslim
invasion of the Iberian peninsula and the arab muslim invasion of yemen and
Iraq and sicily etc and then there was the moghul invasion of the Indian subcontinent.
I would not call the European arrival in MASSACHUSETTS an "invasion"----but the Spanish
arrival in Mexico was CERTAINLY an invasion. In the latter part of the 19th century---
and early part of the 20 th century-----there were people living in New York who decided
that New York City was being INVADED by southern blacks-----so they murdered
a bunch of black by lynching-------the murderers were most poor Irish workers who saw
their opportunities for jobs disappearing------but then-----there were places in the USA
who described the influx of Irish survivors of the tragic potato famine in Ireland as
an "invasion"
The arab arrival in the city of Yathrib -----and murder of its jews was certainly an
INVASION by force of arms Is that what you meant?
the romans also INVADED The british isles-------the german Nazis invaded Poland---
then the Russian army invaded Poland-----and Germany
I strongly believe that ISIS has an agenda of INVASION into Saudi arabia
