And how exactly do we determine they're 'not following our rules' if they're returned absent due process? US immigration law and the 14th Amendment require DHS to interview those undocumented to determine if they have a valid claim as a refugee or asylee. Indeed, immigration law allows those entering undocumented up to 30 days to file such a claim with DHS. And those undocumented in the country who do not have a valid claim as a refugee or asylee are not 'illegal' until they've been afforded due process in the immigration courts.

In fact, you and others on the right advocating that we 'just throw them out' are 'not following our rules.'

CPS is a joke, many of our kids in big cities face death everyday, and there is no push to help them. The government fails to enforce gun laws, they fail to us freedom in health care, women coming to this country have no rights as regards to birth control or equal wage. People are running around this country with guns and are subject to uncontrolled violence by conservatives, if fact the government and liberal organizations are in fear of the violence they cause everyday. The liberals on this board tell us how bad this country is, the violence, the drugs, the poverty is rapidly rising, no rights for gays, women.
