Well, not any Church I have ever attended.

(Acts 2:22-23) "Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs...Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowlege of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain."

(Acts 2:36) "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ."

Just because it was God's plan does not remove the guilt of Israel for the act. Just like those who are saved are saved due to the plan of God. But, no one is saved who doesn't come to God and Christ by faith.

God works and weaves His will through the wills of man, both the saved and the unsaved, knowing their will. All are accountable for their decision.
