The whole story about the death of Pretti

Just how many articles and statements by Minnesota officials, do you need to know, the he had a permit in that state. The federal Government has not disputed he was permitted carrier. Who are you trying to gaslight, now?
Did he have a permit to obstruct justice, idiot?

Or are you saying, agents are entitled to throw people down and pepper spray them whether chargeable or not with any crime or infraction or charge of interference?
It isn't your determination to make. However, if you care to go out and place yourself in the middle of an ongoing law enforcement operation, while you blow your whistle and try to create chaos in a tense situation, PLEASE, be my guest.

How did he directly impede the officer from doing his legal job or mission, what was his JOB that he was impeded by Alex?

I don't think any of what your claiming was going on, makes a lick of sense when watching the videos.
He jumped into the middle of a scuffle involving another Murder Cult lemming while armed

Holy shit dude. You're entitled to your own opinions, but not your own FACTS.
🙄
Everybody saw the facts. They disarmed a man of a legally carried firearm, never drawn or reached for, on camera, and then shot him multiple times, until he was dead. They fkd up or did it on purpose. Those are about the only choices.

Show me the law against it. It does not exist in most states, and definitely does not exist in Minnesota.
In Minnesota, individuals with a concealed carry permit are allowed to carry firearms at public protests, as the state permits gun owners to be armed in public. However, there are restrictions on carrying firearms in certain locations, such as state capitols and K-12 schools. protectmn.org Arizona PBS
You are unaware it us a crime to obstruct justice and fight cops?

Holy shit you are stupid.

Show me the video when he interfered, other than trying to help the woman, agents had thrown on the ground, and pepper sprayed. Though she was not charged with any kind of interference, that would precipitate being thrown down and pepper sprayed either.

Or are you saying, agents are entitled to throw people down and pepper spray them whether chargeable or not with any crime or infraction or charge of interference?
when they are openly obstructing the agents in their lawful duties they can do even more than pepper spray them,,

he interfered when he stepped between the agent and the women he was dealing with and started fighting them,,

How would they know he only brought one weapon?

You left out the obstructing justice part.

Lies by omition seems to be a pattern with you, Simp.
There was no obstruction of justice by the dead guy. The woman, thrown down, that he was helping up, was never charged with anything. He obstructed nothing.

Did somebody do that. I merely asked the question of whether law prevented him from having his permitted weapon on him at a protest. I did not define protest, peaceful or otherwise.
Well that makes all the difference, doesn’t it? You said it is legal to carry a loaded weapon to a protest.

What has been happening, incited by the Governor and mayor, are riots, interference, threats, and assaults. The two Dems at the top have called ICE agents the Gestapo, have compared illegal aliens to Anne Frank, may she RIP, and threatened that ICE agents would be killed if they didn’t stop their law enforcement duties.

Under the cloud of all this Dem-generated hatred for law enforcement, this guy shows up with his loaded weapon - and with an additional magazine! - inserts himself into the melee, defies the agents’ orders to get on the curb, and a fight ensues in which the cops became aware that this deranged lunatic had a gun, and they shot before he could kill one or more of them.

And finally, your double standards on this is blatant. Ashli had NO weapon, and she was murdered point-blank. (The Dems not only defended the cop who murdered her, but he was rewarded with a promotion.) Did you defend Ashli and condemn the cop who shot her - an UNARMED veteran?

He was not interfering with their duties.

The woman that Alex Pretti was trying to help before he was shot has not been reported as arrested or charged with any crime. Instead, she is stated to be a victim in the incident leading up to his death.

So, it looks like she was not interfering with officers either. They just felt like throwing her to the ground and pepper spraying.
More lies.

He was carrying illegally without ID and was INTERFERING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
**** off with your GASLIGHT THEATRE BULLSHIT. :eusa_hand:

That's where it started. Then instead of following orders he chose to fight with agents while carrying a concealed weapon

He was taking part in a planned seditious operation WHILE ARMED. He FAFO.

In 2020, your "protest" involved burning down the small businesses of innocent people to show your support for violent career criminals who pistol whipped pregnant women.

In 2026, it involves showing support for gang bangers by actively impeding the ability of law enforcement to apprehend career criminals who engage in child sex trafficking and drug running.

Obviously, he was not assaulting with a cellphone camera.
They do not attack like Gestapo. Gestapo did not wear masks to hide who they were.

Trump's approach to high profile tactics and pronouncements on the ICE and CBP raids, inciting the public and producing fear, have been primary cause of hatrid for how the removal of illegal, has been the primay cause. Obama deported more, but just didn't constantly try to gin up reaction to it, as the deportations quietly continued.

Ashli? Ashli who? Are you on the correct thread?

YES, he was at the forefront of supporting Michael Byrd's actions when he summarily executed UNARMED Ashlii Babbitt from across the room.
