The whole story about the death of Pretti

This woman is a very experienced attorney. She is nonbiased. She creates truthful content. She picks apart the entire case to get the truth told. I enjoy her site a lot since she details her findings in easy-to-understand format. She is not out to go against the innocent and will honestly inform us all. See her case unfold. Tell us what you think after seeing her comments.

Nice

8. You are instructed in CCW classes to tell LE that you have a carry permit and are armed the moment you encounter them.

Pretty didn't do that.

Doesn't look like there was time.

Show me the law against it. It does not exist in most states, and definitely does not exist in Minnesota.
In Minnesota, individuals with a concealed carry permit are allowed to carry firearms at public protests, as the state permits gun owners to be armed in public. However, there are restrictions on carrying firearms in certain locations, such as state capitols and K-12 schools. protectmn.org Arizona PBS
It is ILLEGAL to interfere with law enforcement in the performance of their duties. LOL, with all of your pious postings, six, I never took you for an anarchist.

What do you think of the video, showing he never pulled a gun, and that another officer took the gun from his waist and was walking away with it, before the ICE guys holding down, decided it was time to shoot him between 3 and 10 times?
We'll find out. Green jacket may have been trigger happy, maybe he'll get fired. Or maybe he saw something. The first shot from green jacket is the questionable one, IMO.

This was more than a protest. It was an active interference with a law enforcement operation.

You show up with a loaded gun and threaten cops during an insurgency, bad things can happen.

I find it interesting that you libs defended the cop who murdered Ashli Babit, even though she was unarmed, and defend the trouble-maker who showed up armed to the gills to interfere with a legal law enforcement operation to capture illegal alien lowlife criminal.

What is it about leftists that makes them expand the meaning of terms?

Take the word "protest", for instance?

What happened on 1/6, they lie and call it an “insirrection.” It was nowhere close to that,

What happened yesterday, they lie and call it a “protest.” It was way beyond that.

It's typical democrat projection and hypocrisy. Just like the party of the civil war and KKK now tries to gaslight the country into thinking they aren't racist.

He was not interfering with their duties.
"We are heartbroken but also very angry.

"Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital. Alex wanted to make a difference in this world. Unfortunately he will not be with us to see his impact. I do not throw around the hero term lightly. However his last thought and act was to protect a woman.

"The sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting. Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump's murdering and cowardly ICE thugs. He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper sprayed.

"Please get the truth out about our son. He was a good man. Thank you."
The woman that Alex Pretti was trying to help before he was shot has not been reported as arrested or charged with any crime. Instead, she is stated to be a victim in the incident leading up to his death.

So, it looks like she was not interfering with officers either. They just felt like throwing her to the ground and pepper spraying.

Nope. I don't think so. Link up to who said that... A tweeter, or was it from officials?

The official stance has been that he was LEGALLY carrying, as a concealed carry licensee. No mention of him not carrying ID?

Nope. No I.D. Reported by multiple outlets. Concealed carry is illegal in Minnesota without a valid I.D.

"Federal authorities, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and DHS officials on social media, claimed that Alex Pretti did not have an ID on him at the time of his death."

"Secretary Noem used the lack of ID to claim Pretti was carrying his firearm "improperly," as Minnesota law
requires permit holders to carry both their permit card and a valid photo ID."

IRRELEVANT. He is NOT AUTHORIZED to interfere with law enforcement. LMAO, changed your tune quite a bit from the guy that supported the summary execution of an UNARMED female veteran, eh? As for not interfering, I didn't see any officers running after him on the street. He placed himself into the middle of an ongoing operation with the sole intent of disrupting. ARMED INSURRECTION.

Show me the video when he interfered, other than trying to help the woman, agents had thrown on the ground, and pepper sprayed. Though she was not charged with any kind of interference, that would precipitate being thrown down and pepper sprayed either.

Or are you saying, agents are entitled to throw people down and pepper spray them whether chargeable or not with any crime or infraction or charge of interference?

You cheered a woman being murdered by LE for trespassing, you really have no credibility on this topic at all. GFY 🤡

Did somebody do that. I merely asked the question of whether law prevented him from having his permitted weapon on him at a protest. I did not define protest, peaceful or otherwise.

Holy shit dude. You're entitled to your own opinions, but not your own FACTS.
🙄

I am a guy with a gun, and totally innocent of any possibly wrongdoing, if it is retained in the holster, while I take pictures or video, as I am have done, in state and national parks. There simply is not law or rule forbidding you to carry your legally owned, carrier permitted firearm. I remember when MAGA used to support the 2nd Amendment as the law of the land, before they went Anti-American, espousing only terrorists carry weapons, carrier permitted under state and federal law or not. The guy never touched, drew or brandished any weapon, clearly seen in every video with nothing by a cellphone camera. You do not kill people for brandishing a camera. You sound like those idiots Noem and Bovino (now former U.S. Border Patrol Commander-at-Large), but video proves you are attempting to gaslight America. But, nobody with two eyes and any knowledge of law is buying that bullshit.
You left out the obstructing justice part.

Lies by omition seems to be a pattern with you, Simp.
