The point is that the federal government has accumulated so much power in excess of what is constitutionally permissible, and has utilized to engage in ultra vires acts to abuse its power, there is simply no choice but to get rid of the existing unconstitutional structure (e.g., the administrative state) and all of the corrupted personnel.

This is not anti-American by any sort of measure. It is pro-constitutional. It’s like how some of us respect life and find value in it beyond utilitarianism. Yet, when some skeevy person commits an atrocious act (rape, murder, hurting children, etc…) the danger of allowing such a person to exist and function in our society going forward, along with the need to avenge the fallen and deter others from the same action, outweighs our feelings about life’s intrinsic value. So we fry that sick fucker until his eyeballs melt.

See, promoting life while supporting the death penalty is not at all inconsistent. It’s only construed as inconsistent by idiots on the left who misinterpret our values. Life IS of a high value in and of itself IF it is utilized in a virtuous way. But if it is used for evil, then not so much. Again, this raises the dichotomy of individualism vs. the collective, which confused people on the left (who nothing about the value of leading a virtuous life, and are generally stupid and ignorant on most things) don’t really understand. Let’s face it, most on the left just don’t know shit.

Even though Democrats have seized control of the WH and have a lot of power in Congress, that does not make them “the government”. The government belongs to the People per the constitution. Elected officials are the political actors in Our Government. The same goes for the GOP, though they are not nearly as authoritarian as the Democrats.

The constitution is the law of the land, not any group of corruptible politicians. J6 protesters, for example, were not trying to “overthrow the U.S. government”. They were trying to save Our Government from the Democrat trash people. No, I do not approve of what they did. But that is not the point. The point is that the government is Our Government, it belongs to the People. It does not belong to one party or another.

It is imperative that we have effective checks on power and that we maintain federalism in order to prevent an an accumulation of power. Men will abuse the power we give them at times. Only a virtuous man will not do so.

We should never conflate politicians and bureaucrats with the government. An attack on one is not necessarily an attack on the other. We the People control the government per the constitution. Politicians and bureaucrats are merely their work the machinations. When people start claiming they are the government, they are abusing their powers and must be removed instanter.

Sadly, that is the only way the People will ever get the government back.
But do people WANT the govt back? Covid, the civil war etc have shown the masses do not care about freedom and liberty. Not in a true form.

Just think, after the coup and POTUS/Congress is removed, new elections can be held with common sense restrictions on who can run.

No lawyers, current or past.

No women.

No naturalized citizens. US born only.

I also believe that common sense voter qualifications should be put into place.

Must be 21 and male to vote and have graduated HS or have a GED.

No male can vote who is on welfare or is a ex-felon.

No winner take all electoral states, electors will be assigned by congressional districts.

I wouldnt mind naturalized citizens voting. And I would want the age higher but im sure we could come to an agreement

So you want to adopt the Constitution of Chile after the right wing dictator was installed by the CIA. He just rounded up all the leftists, union leaders, lawyers and university professors in the soccer stadium and had the army gun them down.

That way you don’t have to worry about any leftist candidates running for office, or organizing protests.

The Founding Fathers gave Americans the Constitution and the option to change government in the voting booth. Only lazy ignorant and possibly foreign anti-American propaganda factions would suggest dismantling the United States of America. The notion is insulting.to the memory of the brave Americans who gave their lives to preserve the Union.

Then arrange a successful call for a Constitutional Convention...

Wake me up when you get there... :itsok:

Nobody is suggesting we dismantle the government. The idea is that at some point we have to remove the rotten apples in the government. Essentially, it is the same thing as the left wanting to remove Trump from office because "Duh, he bad oranGe man." There is absolutely nothing wrong with our constitutional government structure. But when the scumbags exceed constitutional authority and otherwise abuse their authority for political and financial purposes, and there is not effective way to curtail this, then something has to be done for the sake of preserving the republic and the constitution.

Not exactly, but there are some good seeds in the to grow a plan from.

Nah.

Why serve our global adversaries by making two weaker nations out of one strong United States?

It makes no sense.

Democrats wanted to impeach Donald Trump and remove him from office to stop him from committing crimes against the nation.

After the first impeachment Republicans assured everyone that Trump would be chastened and better behaved. His behaviour got worse because he got away with it the first time.

“Out of control and abusing the office for financial gain” is the perfect description of Donald J Trump. There are good and valid reasons why Trump is the first ex president in the history of the nation to be charged with crimes and they’re just getting started

Are you so in capable of admitting that you were duped into voting for a ConMan? Or do you really want to end the country real?

we can cooperate together. i want to start over too. but in a peaceful non-violent way, we should dismantle the system

Thank you for replying. But based upon our past interactions your opinion means nothing to me.

If you were my audience, that might be relevant to why I replied.

If you want to break up the union, get 3/4s of the states on board, call a Constitutional Convention and amend the constitution into non-existence.

How many states are on board? Round up.

I point out corruption in our government and your response is to play whataboutism about Trump?!? What the fuck is wrong with YOU?!! F.O., you moron.

Nobody is talking about breaking up the union. See? You did not even READ what I wrote, nor the article I posted, yet for some reason you feel it is ok to critique the substance of my post. You are one stupid, sloppy motherfucker. Do you understand now why your opinion means nothing to me?

Frankly, you really should not respond to any more of my posts, as they are clearly over your head.
