D'Souza was pardoned AFTER he had served his prison sentence. The "apology" applies to about 15 seconds of video in a two hour program that was substantially factual.

The D’Souza saga is a microcosm of the right-wing media world and conservative culture in general, where utterly false and easily debunked claims are promoted for years on end, only to quietly be cast off when people are no longer paying attention.

This is how the entire "fact-checking," industry works. So-called "experts," take one thing wrong, or slightly inaccurate with a claim, and then say that the entire thing is false.
. . . I would have thought that the establishment would get wise to the this situation, (especially after that stunning electoral loss,) that due to the Streisand effect, these so called "fact-checks," usually have the opposite affect. They serve to make folks look more closely at information the establishment would rather have the population ignore.

Trump made false claims about Dominion on Fox News based on what he knew about Diebold 2000 and 2004. Remember, he was a Democrat then.
Fox and Dominion Voting Systems have reached a $787 million settlement in the voting machine company's defamation lawsuit.

IMO? There were many presidential elections that were not above board between '00 and now.
No proof 16 and 24 were any more legit than many of them.
The primary agenda of the Deep State, is to strip American's guaranteed civil rights and civil liberties as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
