I will NEVER beleive that the Confederates allowed African men (former slaves) to have access to guns and other weapons during the Civil War. Number One: Why would the Africans fight to keep themselves enslaved? Number Two: Do you honestly think the White rebel soldiers would trust the African men to have guns? The same men they had abused, whipped and worked like animals?

Nah. I don't believe this one.

Now, dammit, Ms. Turquoise, you can't confront Mike Has Real Issues with logic like that.

He'll tell you that the slaves just loved being slaves.
