When democrats are in power the deficit goes up because taxes largely stay the same as spending increases. This is fiscally irresponsible but it pales in comparison to when republicans are in power.

When republicans are in power the deficit blows up because taxes are reduced and spending goes up at the same time. It’s a complete calamity and Republican voters do not see the connection for some bizarre reason.

Republicans complain an awful lot about taxes but don’t seem to understand that it pays for government spending. If rich people and corporations are taking advantage of loopholes that allows them to effectively little to nothing in taxes, that’s of course a problem. Those entities paying taxes is the only way to pay for our defense budget which is the spending republicans get hard ons over.

Biden: Big money spent, big taxes coming soon.

IOW, you're fiscally irresponsible, and can only rely on whataboutism spin to try to have half an excuse for your fiscal stupidity.

Yeah....Fuck off, party man stooge.

Well I'll tell you what, I would rather that Republicans give us some of our money back than the Democrats who are constantly spending money on bullshit and vote buying. What are these 83,000 new IRS agents going to cost us? Millions to the Kennedy center, tearing down perfectly good bridges because they think a bridge can be racist, installing charging stations nobody will use, paying for internet for low income families that strongly vote Democrat. What about that wasteful spending? Oh, and while we're at it, let's teach people to be even more irresponsible by spending billions to repay their college debt that they signed papers for promising to repay themselves.

Did you ever hear the adage about people in glass houses?

Well that would be fiscally responsible.

Once again: Gasoline that rose to twice the price it was during 2018, a 9.1% inflation rate which is almost 5 times higher than it was in 2019, a recession, the average middle-class family coming up about $6,000 short of disposable income, hefty taxes coming for the middle class, and retirement accounts losing $3 trillion dollars just over the last year. The price of oil jumping up to $130 per barrel, having to beg Saudi Arabia and Venezuela for oil while draining our own strategic reserves, sporadic shortages on the store shelves, supply line disruptions, a steadily-increasing trade imbalance with China, an spiraling epidemic of violent crime and drugs, 4 million more illegals within the last two years, more COVID deaths than in 2020, a dishonorable withdrawal from Afghanistan that cost 13 American soldiers their lives, a weakened, pussified military, Iran's nuclear program having enough nuclear material to build a bomb, a revitalized Russian oil industry, China being energy and militarily dominant, a war in Europe that could even go nuclear, and China threatening the US.

IOW, you're fiscally irresponsible, and can only rely on whataboutism spin to try to have half an excuse for your fiscal stupidity.

Lol why is this being made about me?

Neither side of the worthless duopoly is even remotely responsible with OUR money.

Thus, they should lose it.

Taxes DO NOT pay for government spending. That's why we owe over 30 trillion dollars.

Republicans have nothing to offer for the economy but tax cuts for the rich.
Democrats have nothing to offer for the economy but tax increases and putting more money into the economy despite record inflation.
