This movie was totally AI generated for about $2,000. Follow the link below and see the quality of the trailer. Enable the sound. I was impressed.

Tribeca co‑founder Jane Rosenthal called it ā€œthe first full‑length AI‑generated movie to be accepted into a major festival as part of the official lineupā€ The Hollywood Reporter. I'm a geezer and so when it comes to movies, I'll occasionally watch some film noir from the 40's and 50's, or perhaps others from that era and a few more current favorites. So going A.I. won't affect me. But it seems to make sense for movies and television shows.

What I couldn't imagine is going to a play, concert, or sporting events feature A.I. robots, but then I couldn't imagine self-driving Waymo cars I see on the roads today.

A year or so ago I saw an article on a fourth light being considered for our traffic lights. The color would be white, and it would give the car a signal to move if in the proper position and it may even have permission over vehicles with drivers.

Is Hollywood doomed?

It is already a walking corpse.

Anyone feel bad for those overpaid leftist actors?

Never. I thought new movies already were AI generated. Can't wait to see all those Hollywood mansions bulldozed to put in apartment buildings to house all those low-paid AI creators.

Hell Grind is another fully AI generated flick costing $500K. It took two weeks and a team of 15 people. The days of paying a star $75 million for one piss poor flick is over.

The older generation stars are fortunate. Stars today can no longer demand sky high salary. Even Hollywood executives and directors are worry.

The old generation (Bob Hope, Jimmy Cagney, Myrna Loy, etc.) MADE Hollywood. The crap they put out now is just coasting on their laurels.

I can't even sit through one movie these days let alone trying to watch one. Some of the classic stuff may be cheesy but at least the stars can act and many movies have an actual dialogue.

I don't think AI will make more people support Hollywood, rather, I just think it is dead in general.

And I think the powers that be will be just fine with that.

The more things die the happier it makes them
