Well regardless of whether there was a conspiracy to cause the overturn, the point is still that the SCOTUS illegally overturned consumer protection against illegal discrimination.
There is no harm for any religious person do to web sites for gays.
Similarly, bakers cannot be allowed to decide to not allow some people to buy their cakes.

While some claim no harm is done because the offended customer can just move on to another provider, but that does not work when it is a minority being discriminated by a majority.
There may be no other alternative source for their needs.

This is not at all ambiguous.
This is a question of whether or not the Krystal Nacht is going to be allowed or not?
And I thought it was unanimous since before the Holocaust, that arbitrary discrimination was inherently illegal.

Pay attention to all of our social programs with payouts in every way and government employees and government contracts to private businesses. What the hell do you think the costs are? I am not an elite person. I am just saying that this is not cheap. We have tens of millions of citizens in our nation who never earned anything living better than tens of millions of Chinese slave laborer's making products for us. And they are more educated.

I do not really care about "standing" or not, since it is a wide principle.
But to allow arbitrary discrimination is just incredibly stupid because everyone is a minority in some way.
This allows people to refuse service to conservatives.
