The Solution to Affordability: Get a Job!

Agreed. So kids may very well not be affordable. So wheres the issue if a woman chooses otherwise?
No, kids are affordable if one doesn't want a new car a huge home, etc. Giving up on some material things one wants is different than giving up having a family and children. One can save an average $1,000 per month or more, by not having to pay for childcare.

A growing number disagree. Capitalism doesnt include a family.

Sure, just don't marry an older woman if you want children and a family. Women are on a time line with their eggs. Men, not so much.
Or dont get married at all. Even more sound planning.

So what? People believe all kinds of false things. Like you believe you can't have kids without being rich when I showed you that some folks can do it without waiting until they are in their 30's.

Sure, have a miserable life and die alone and forego the real fulfilling things life has to offer. I had 2 male friends who did that, they died alone in their apartments and no one knew until they started smelling. They were able to screw a lot of women though and pay for abortions.

True. I dont dispute it. But i dont look down on the fastly growing number of young people that are bypassibg marriage and family. Nor should anyone. Freedom means theres no duty to follow any path other than the one a person wants. Its what makes the nation great.

Some folks are doing more or better work and less complaining, and some folks understand that playing for the winning team requires them to get off the damn bench. Some folks figured out excuses wouldn't fill their bank account a long time ago.

I kind of like some folks.

Thst was their choice. As it should be. Its never bern eadier to find a mate. Those thst dont want that arent. Somehow you have an issue with those that dont.

I do love the “get a job” chorus...

the right wing forces you to have a baby now instead of having the fetus aborted...and when you can’t afford a baby in the crib...”get a job”.
It’s called Responsibility and Consequences. If you have sex, there’s a chance you might end up as a parent. If you don’t want to deal with that potential… keep it on your pants/under your skirt. If you do have a child, you’re responsible to care for thst child and their mother.

Proper Prior Planning Precentd Piss Poor Performance.

And they have the choice to marry and have kids. No responsibility nor duty to do so.

Uh yeah, everyone that isn't sterile and can find a willing participant has that choice, whether or not they feel it is a responsibility or duty, and they can even adopt if the other way doesn't work out for them.

Id never adopt. Not in todays world.

Fake reality. It is entirely possible for young folks to live on one income. 50% of them are doing it. Not having to pay for childcare (a huge expense) helps.
Nope. The people living on one income are often renting shared accomodation....I'm talking about the heavy population cities where rent is high. But that's a legitimate situation to talk about because it's high population and therefore a lot of people are in that situation.

Whereas back in the day, you can have a pretty mundade job and still have enough money for a place, that does not exist in a lot of the populated areas in America anymore. I spent a long time in one of these areas, and despite being at above minimum wage, I could never have my own rented place, and always shared with at least 2 other people. Often sharing with 3 other people and still living paycheck to paycheck. The fake reality you're talking about is commonplace.

The solution is to move. Big cities are no place to live a good life unless you're scary rich.

Do you think that not adopting children would somehow improve the world we live in, or just that you would suck at it considering your poor view of the world?
