The Psychology of MAGA

What I have observed is a good portion of non MAGA are very arrogant, condescending self important people who consider themselves the intellectual superior of the masses. They have no respect for any opinion, idea or viewpoint that is not their own they feel they should be making all decisions and everyone else should shut up and do what their told.

Try telling the average N. Korean that Kim Jong Un is a tyrant. The response you will get will be very similar to what you hear from Democrats when their viewpoints are challenged. They are fully indoctrinated. It takes some serious soul searching and humility to break through. Most are incapable.

MAGAs appear to get enjoyment -- real enjoyment -- out of seeing non-MAGAs in some kind of distress over MAGA's actions.
Duh, over a decade of demeaning, demonizing, insulting, censoring and cancelling people will have a tendency to produce that kind of response from the victims.

Only an idiot would need an LLM to explain that to him, but here you are. 🤷‍♂️

And in reality, I spent years here warning the Left about just that.

So you're just ignorant.

LOL, apparently your "warnings" don't have the reach and influence that you believe they do.
So you're just ignorant.
.. and you're vapid, repetitive and irrelevant in addition to needing an LLM to explain the obvious to you.

If we were to identify ourselves as MAGA and non-MAGA (which includes Americans across the political spectrum), perhaps we can all agree on one thing:

MAGAs appear to get enjoyment -- real enjoyment -- out of seeing non-MAGAs in some kind of distress over MAGA's actions. They cheer on Trump's constant insults and trolling, JD Vance's attacks on our former European allies, reactions to news of the rapid dismantling of the government, the release of violent Capitol criminals. They celebrate it.

So I got to wondering what this is, from a psychological perspective, and I asked Chat GPT (which is pretty freaking amazing if you haven't tried it) "is there a psychological term for a person who enjoys being disliked?"

Here's what I got:

Yes, there are several psychological concepts that could explain why someone might want to be disliked:
  1. Counterdependency – A defense mechanism where a person deliberately pushes others away or resists attachment, sometimes by behaving in a way that makes them disliked.
  2. Masochistic Personality Traits – Some individuals may have a subconscious desire to create situations where they are rejected or disliked, deriving a sense of validation or control from negative treatment.
  3. Rebellious or Oppositional Behavior (Oppositional Defiant Disorder - ODD) – Some people, especially in childhood or adolescence, may act in ways that provoke negative reactions as a way of asserting control or defiance.
  4. Self-Sabotaging Behavior – Rooted in low self-esteem or deep-seated beliefs of unworthiness, some individuals may seek out disapproval as a way to confirm negative self-perceptions.
  5. Inferiority Complex – A person with an inferiority complex may act in a way that provokes dislike as a means of reinforcing their own negative self-view.
  6. Schadenfreude-Seeking (Reverse Narcissism) – Some people enjoy being disliked because it gives them a sense of power or uniqueness, as if they are above social norms or expectations.
  7. Martyr Complex – A person with a martyr complex may subconsciously desire rejection or dislike to feel morally superior or to justify a belief that the world is against them.

People who have watched the left try to destroy a man, whose only crime is trying to straighten out his country while being attacked every minute, of every day, by the leftist media machine are tired of the B.S, we are tired of the Democrats stealing from us, promoting sexual deviancy, promoting baby killing, promoting class and race division.

Until we implement something like instant runoff voting or ranked choice voting, lesser of 2 evils is the only mechanism that applies to our system.

That being said, it does appear to be an illusion of choice oftentimes.

We won't get ranked choice until we reject lesser-of-two-evils. Voting for bad candidates on purpose is a losing game.

I have no doubt that you believe that.

Over here in reality, I asked the question that I posed in the OP. Would you like to verify that?

1. Go to www.ChatGPT.com (you may need to register if you have not yet)
2. Ask the question from the OP: "Is there a psychological term for a person who enjoys being disliked?"

Check the answer I provided.

We both know you won't do that, because in your world, you can just make things up to fit your psychoses.

I prefer my world, and I'm so glad that I'm not like you.

Americans hate democrats

Democrats are traitors.

Democrats are involved in a plot to intentionally collapse America.

Democrats and rinos use USAID to fund NGOs they get kick backs from.

Justice is coming

Nuremberg 2.0 is near

A better title for this thread would have been , " The PATHOLOGY of maga.

Let me describe true characteristics of MAGA people, over your caricature.
1. MAGA people are hardworking achievers and taxpayers who make the country go.
2. MAGAs are often devout Christians who want the best for everyone, while also having a strong sense of right and wrong.
3. MAGAs hate to see deceptive people get away with lying and stealing. That's why DOGE is so appealing to them. They believe their hard-earned money should go where it is supposed to. Not be stolen by career leftwing hacks.
4. MAGAs believe in freedom and Americana. That's why they oppose Marxist the left is pushing, designed to ruin the country.
5 MAGAs believe all human beings have the right to live, prosper, and achieve greatness.
6. MAGAs are the most compassionate people on earth and the most generous with both time, and resources, but it angers them to see people game the system and lie about their needs.
7. MAGAs are extremely competent and appreciate a competent leader.

Judging by statistics Democrats beat republicans in every one of those categories you mentioned except number two. They just aren't that foolish as republicanstate are. Tell me again how you want the best for immigrants , transgenders , gays , women , blacks. Etc.

I'm all for immigrants who followed the rules to get here. To trans folks, they probably need counseling for their mental affliction. Conservativism governance is better for all women, gays, and blacks. The leftwing agenda is much worse for all, particularly financially, certainly morally.

Mac, guess what? Trump won the election. Live with it.

No, that's not it in my opinion. If these things were happening just due to "life" that be one thing, but they're absolutely giddy that Trump et al are able to do the things that they have not been able to do and perhaps wanted to do - cause pain, fear & misery to others by taking things from them that they have earned but that the cultists feel that they don't deserve.

That's sadism - feeling pleasure from inflicting pain on others. They're getting their revenge for their laundry list of perceive wrongs via proxy or vicariously, I'm not sure which, I guess it's possible that it's both.

But what I don't think is that they enjoy being disliked. I don't think they give a rat's ass who likes them as long as they are in the majority. This is nothing more than mob rule by the "head bully in charge".

We'll just have to wait and see how everything plays out. I wonder if anyone is taking bets
Vegas bets on everything. Odds are 2 to 1 that this trump term will end up worse than the first one. Westgate Superbook.

Kim is a tyrant , he lives in luxury while his people often starve to death. Missiles ( penis ) are more important than his people are. trump is not quite that bad but he does live only for himself.
