Trump didn't give Russia one of Alaska's oil-rich island and the ocean floor along with it. Obama did, and he did it without notifying the State of Alaska that he was giving away their state lands and ocean drilling rights. Right after that, Russia put $145 into Hillary's little piggy bank also known as the Clinton Foundation.
