We defeated Saddam's government in like three weeks. If there's a target it's easy to destroy. The right wing won't be able to do anything more than commit acts of domestic terrorism with small groups of people.

Not that it shouldn't be cited or that it wouldn't help, but even so, many black activists tend to take the view that the 13th, 14th Amendments etc. serve only to strengthen certain universal human rights already enumerated in the first ten Amendments, the original Bill of Rights.

The National Firearms Act passed in 1934. It's sole purpose was to get Tommy guns out of violin cases because the coppers were being seriously outgunned in the streets. The BAR .50 might've gone down too.

That's why there is a need for bump stocks. They're hokey, but with a little practice, it can be similar to a Tommy gun.
