I'm actually listening to the entire Live at the Zodiak - Berlin 1968 album. This is just a clip from it. It's just brilliant. Human being (the name of the band) was one of the earliest krautrock bands. The whole fifty-six and a half minute song combines elements of noise rock, ambient, drone, prog rock, spoken word, avant-garde, jazz, and free improvisation. Four of those elements (noise rock, ambient, drone, and progressive rock) were yet to either yet to be created or were in its early stages. It's a shame they just released this in 2009...
