Do you have a ballroom in your house? In America, that would be pretty rare. I know there are a few, but it is not like we have many castles or old world estates. I don't even think the Biltmore house has a ballroom, although there have been a couple built on the venue in recent years. The house even owns one in Atlanta.
And don't kid yourself, Trump isn't interested in leaving any damn gifts. I mean he has the for sale sign out right in front of the White House. That is all this ballroom is, an efficient means of accepting bribes. In the real world, it would be money laundering. But these politicians, they don't walk in the real world. And Trump has taken it to a level we have not seen since George Washington, for real.
I mean now I can't get the image out of my mind. Trump, Washington, they are so alike, and sorry, not in a good way. In fact, I could call Washington, "Uncle George", we are related, but my side was here first. But the image is Washington, during the winter of Valley Forge, 1777-1778.
I know, in fantasy world old George visited his troops, who were suffering terribly. It was a bad time. Cold, disease, starvation. But nope, sorry. Maybe he did visit the troops, that is all speculation. What is for sure, he lived it up. Parties almost every night, and yes, dancing in private ballrooms. Skirt chaser from hell, tall, flaming red hair, self-absorbed, yep, that was Uncle George. He had a pretty damn good winter.
By all indications, I see that happening now. It is perfect K-wave synchrony. It is going to be a Valley Forge winter for the American people, and Trump is going to party it up. Everyone is going to slide by the holidays. It won't be bad. Shelves will be sparse, spending will be down per household for the first time since who knows when, 2008? But when January rolls around it will start to get real. It will be cold, indifferent, and immediate, and I ain't talking the weather.
Households will bring spending to a screeching halt. I am not kidding. I mean it will get real, and fast. The FED, as always, will be behind the curve. "Duh, what just happened?". That is the FED. It will become a cut rate party, long the long term.
