Well sure. The entire WH covers a massive intelligence complex underneath, and they are right there having to dig out a new, big foundation already just to put in this new ballroom.

I've never been through the WH but I'd sure like to see it complete with that new ballroom. I bet it will come complete with a flashing red phone and secret bookcase in the back that slides away to reveal a pole down into the underground chamber where Trump can immediately switch out into Super-Trump.
