Well, they were far enough apart to where only a plane with a similar wingspan of a 757-223. So you need to specify what you meant by a “flying object"

Well one landed on a taxi cab’s windshield. So they couldn’t have been placed there as this would have certainly tied up traffic for minutes if not hours prior to AA77 hitting hte building.
