I don't support the chance of accidentally killing an innocent person. As I said, executions should only be done when guilt is unmistakable.
As I've said many times, some crimes deserve nothing less than execution. Every person who is sentenced to execution is assumed to be just as guilty as all the rest. The ones you describe don't end up any deader than the rest. It's not about how horrendous the crime is. All people sentenced to death are thought to have done horrendous crimes. It's about whether we are willing to execute innocent people because our courts made a mistake.
But we've made mistakes in the past. No reason to believe there won't be more in the future.

Great idea. You should get laws passed that define what is different for 100% positive cases as opposed to other death penalty cases. For now, that is not an option for the courts. Either they are sentenced to execution, or they are not. There isn't a sliding scale for guilt.

For some reason you don't seem to understand there is no designation of clear cut as opposed to not clear cut. All death sentience's are considered to be clear cut. Perhaps you can get your congressional representative to pass a law defining the distinction and then we can have clear-cut executions and non-clear-cut executions.
