Is such a "crime" even possible, when socialists believe that private property is itself theft?

Would a socialist advocate a greater penalty if he, she or "they" were the socialist stolen from, rather than a random socialist?

I don't think it is possible to steal from a Socialist--- you can only give them more.

I believe the rule is that if they think you're holding back, they DOUBLE what you owe.

per socialism sharing for the collective is part of the point

they would likely just say, well when you are done with it can you be nice
and return it?
