OMG , you think riots are the only problem. There are 1,37i far-right hate groups in the country. The good thing that is down from it's peak last year at about 1,400. The bad news is that Just one of these groups caused 67 incidents over a 23 year period. The total violence by far-right groups is more than double that off the far-left. The number of people they have been murdered is almost double too. Wake up already.

I know you can't see it because you say what you do, but the fact that you cannot conceive of a white person being hired by race and only use that argument in regards to people of color is why you are called a racist. You practice what is considered modern racism. Jim Crow racism is like the Model T. The Model T no longer exists, but cars still do. So learn that believing someone must show you a slur or make some other more overt statement for something to be racist is just not how racism is done by most racists today.
