Without any hyperbole whatsoever, the simple fact is 10 weeks ago the Strait was open, and now it's not.

And that's not because Trump, or Netanyahu are winning.

The IRGC is now even stronger than it was before, and any commercial shipping now has to actually call them to ask permission to enter the Strait, and pay a toll to do it.

Pete Hegseth looks like the clown that he is, and now looks weak and feckless to his enemies.

Our allies in Europe want nothing to do with it, and both China and Russia are giving Iran tactical and material support.

There is no sign that this is getting better, or a path forward to achieve any success, but only for a quagmire that gets bogged down into an insurgent war, that we cannot win, and is only garnering less support by the American people every day.

I can explain how we need to do it. Same as how we handled Germany & Japan after World War 2. OCCUPY the country, then find the uranium and secure it, and remain there with troops for decades.

Once the IRGC is out of power, and replaced with secular, peaceful, sane Iranians, this whole thing will look a lot different.
