If the issue of when abortion should be legal were just left to a simple maj of voters in each state, we'd probably not see much change from no restrictions for 12 weeks, and then some provision for health of the mother. And really, in Miss and Texas, there wasn't abortion clinic assess for poor women anyway. So, practically speaking Dobbs won't make a difference beyond the bastard theocrats will try to outlaw mifepristone in places like Ohio and Wisc.
