Since they want to implement national regulations, why not promote adding TERMS to those?

Christians who use spiritual healing therapy to DIAGNOSE, treat and CURE mental and criminal disorders
BEFORE these become any more dangerous can DEMAND equal funding to research and develop these methods
to ADD SCREENING to ALL CITIZENS in a state or district that wants to ban guns.

This way, it can be argued that all people in that district agree to obey the laws banning guns.

So just add this CONDITION that any such gun free district must have ALL residents
screened for mental and criminal disorders, addiction or abuse that could lead to violating the gun ban.

As for districts that WANT guns, the same policy could be enforced as well.
Adding the same REQUIRED MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING as Police Officers and Military/Veterans
would be required to have, including standard training in law enforcement procedures under CONSTITUTIONAL OATH.

let's agree on the terms and conditions for mental health screening.
