we had/have a harassment policy and training at our work
that's good--I agree with this
but, it seems it only applies to men and ''''etc'''
the training video had women and '''etc''' only
....but when you try to change men from being men, as this link seems to indicate, then people are getting stupid
...

I once changed departments in my first career. On the first day there, we were all standing around in sort of a getting-to-know-you chat when one of the women asked a question of me.

"Are you married?"

"No," I answered.

"Got any kids?"

I smiled and shrugged my shoulders. "I dunno."

The whole place busted up laughing, save for that woman, who stared with mouth agape.

Herein endeth the lesson.
