Of course not.

First of all, Dr Robert Malone did not claim to invent mRNA vaccines, because you can't likely make a real vaccine with mRNA techniques.
He just clearly DID invent all mRNA techniques.
What mRNA techniques allow is just a way to send instructions to the ribosomes inside our cells.
There is no known way that can at all be used to affect the immune system.
For covid, the mRNA techniques are being used to get our own cells to start growing spike proteins.
That is not only incredibly dangerous, but still can't cause any immunity.
All it can do is temporarily stimulate antibody production.

The 1960 work was just discovering that mRNA even existed.
It was Dr. Robert Malone who pioneered the manipulation and creation of mRNA in order to reprogram cell ribosomes.

And NO ONE can use mRNA in order to make a vaccine.
That is not possible.
For a vaccine to work, the immune system has to be able to identify the pathogen, and since mRNA only alters our own cells, it can never mimic a pathogen.
