The Future of The G.O.P.

The Republicans will either un-Gerrymander the country and learn to share power with the weirdos they fear, or they will fade to irrelevance quickly, because others will un-Gerrymander the country in spite of The G.O.P.

Don't fight it Republicans..... The Browning of America is as inevitable as was the end of slavery and child labor. Let's un-Gerrymander the country and build something special and diverse and weird and fun, eh?

That isnt how politics work. One party can become very popular for a time (though democrats are FAR from popular right now), but then when things go bad, people want a change in leadership. This idea that democrats will win every election going forward simply isnt possible. If youre the only game in town, YOU will eventually be the bad guys and people will look for an alternative.

Instead of worrying about what republicans are going to do to win future elections, democrats should be working their asses off to keep voters on their side. I cant imagine that shutting down coal plants and stop oil drilling is going to work out very well for you guys.

check the scoreboard from Tuesday's results, bro...the GOP fell at the Dems' feet!

No, they really didn't. Most of the minority voters were in districts that weren't actually in play this time.
You do realize that GOP received 6 million more votes than democrats this midterm election, right? We have the popular vote in 2022.

Has anyone ever even seen a lump of coal?

And how many people work in the drilling industry?

With a two party system like the US's, the party will just change and move either more center or more right with the passing farts.

I can't see either party dying any time soon.

Minorities didnt vote for congressional candidates?

Sure they did... but they really didn't vote for Republicans.

Take Illinois. We sent four black representatives, two Hispanics and one Asian to Congress- ALL DEMOCRATS.

And except for Lauren Underwood (IL-14) and Raja Krishnamorthi (IL-8), they all came from Minority-majority districts. Danny Davis didn't even draw a Republican opponent in IL-7.

Since only 40 or so Congressional Seats and 4 Senate Seats were actually in play this time, that's kind of a meaningless statistic.

The number is closer to 4 million, and will be even closer when all the votes in California are tabulated.

There is a reason parts of the nation are called the rust belt. People leaving cities and towns. The coal industry is a lifeblood for affected communities and other jobs created from them. This is insanity. We have to suffer alone paying for all of the green scam projects while growing manufacturing giants continue to build coal plants. Europe has already been neutered. And in the end, the Asians will be building all the green products for us with them having the millions of jobs needed. Joe the big guy will be getting his 10% for giving away the technology. If it even works and is affordable.

Yes, they really did...

Brietbart isn't a credible source.

And most Hispanics who voted weren't voting in competitive districts. IL-3 and IL-4 weren't even contested, and had low voter turnout.

I imagine anyone who has ever been to a bbq has seen coal before.

Hey dumb shit, coal is a huge part of how we get the elecricity to heat our homes and fuel is how we get to work and have food delivered to grocery stores, among a million other things.

You won in a blue area? What a shocker!
