The day his tax cuts were signed into law, Trump walked into his New Jersey golf club and said to the assembled millionaires in the dining room, “I just made you guys a whole lotta money” and they stood and applauded him.

Trump was getting kickbacks on his government contracts through his golf club memberships. 200 untendered government contracts were given out to members of Trump’s East Coast golf clubs. The ones which doubled their initiation fees after Trump was elected President.

The places where corporate executives, and big corporations wanting favours from the government hosted their events. Favours like merger approvals, And government contracts. In the real world this is called “pay for play”.

More Trump staffers, cabinet members, and campaign staff were dismissed, forced to resign or arrested and convicted for corruption, abuse of the public purse, or criminal acts, than and Administration in history.
