Remember the autopsy after 2012 when the republicans said they had to attract more then bitter white people ? Well they sure didn't take their own advise

Racial and cultural resentment have replaced the party’s small government ethos

"Trump’s strategy, while winning him the GOP nomination in the short term, has likely only served to compound the long-term demographic and ideological problems the Republican Party has long known it faces. Over the past few decades, the GOP has remained largely white, less educated and older while the numbers of minorities in the country soared, college attainment rose and the millennial generation came of age politically. Alienating the country’s growing ranks of minorities is unwise on the sheer face of the numbers, and bad reputations can stick around for years; like sports teams and baldness"

The End Of A Republican Party

Right for all the wrong reasons Guano. Republican states are being inundated with illegals, and Muslims who will always vote for free stuff as long as we let foreigners decide our elections. How often do we vote in Mexico? Why is that? :eusa_think:

The End Of A Republican Party

There was a moment there wasn't there, right after the 2012 election, when many Republican politicians and media pundits said the Republican party had to 'reinvent' itself, they had to become inclusive, all that. And for two to three months it looked like there were having real discussions on this and might do something. Then, something happened. Not sure what. But they went 180 degrees in the other direction. Not just a little, but all the way to the right until the needle was pegged over there. Likley because the current people that support trump made it clear to Boehner et al that they wouldn't tolerate any change or any compromise.

And now they have trump. And that party will finally explode, the religious social wing will splinter off, the core of corporate butt kissers will have their party, and many will migrate to the Libertarian party.

But the Republicans party is finished. And they killed themselves.

The article comes from the Jewish press, Jews voted for Obama over 70 percent . and this time it might be closer to over 90 percent voting against trump. The immigration issue must be addressed , but not by demonizing entire groups of people

The article states that the republicans are having problems because they are too white, too old and don't really want anyone else in the party. nice example of that in your post. It's the main reason red states are seen as hotbeds of racism, xenophobia, homophobia and any other kind of ugly fearful bigotry. You people just cannot stop living the stereotype of closet nazis looking to keep America safe for anglo-saxon protestant males.

Similar comments made after 1964, 1974 etc.

Jew bankers and a few elitist? Or maybe you like the idea of extermination of 1.3 billion people? The Reich did after all get a lot of folks eliminated the first round. Looks like the goal is set higher this round. That is if you are paying attention.

Trump hijacked the GOP.

They did have some great RINO candidates like they wanted.

Kasich, Christie and Jeb were good RINO's.

But Trump's tv audience of non college educated males allowed him to do an end run (football term) all the way around the RINO's and so Trump won.

Too bad for the GOP.

Too bad for Trump also. He is UN-electable.

Lucky for Hillary. She could not ask for a better opponent than Trump.

Next to Trump, Hillary looks like an angel of God.

God must love Hillary. No doubt, no diggity.

Yawn. Would be these the same republicans that controls both houses of Congress?

Republicans everywhere who are finally convinced that Trump is incorrigible are plotting campaigns to distance themselves from him. Ads are produced that basically say it is a foregone conclusion that Trump's lack of character and dignity will give the White House to Hillary, but it is crucial to maintain GOP control of congress as a check against her.

The Republican Party is rendering itself in two. And it's all thanks to the Tea Party ideologues and their purge of electable moderate Republicans. Coupled with the uneducated, bitter, frustrated White electorate who lap up Trump's hi jinx with a spork from the bottom of a bag of Kentucky Fried Chicken, the GOP has lost its base and it searching for a suitible life boat.

Tragic because our democracy needs at least two viable parties and the healthy debate that comes with that, but ultimately funny to see a party embrace fear and hatred only to realize their standard bearer is the kind of buffoon who gets into a fight in every bar he goes into.

The Democrats got rid of moderate to conservative elements. there are no more Charlie Wilson's or Henry Jackson's. Just the looney left.

Do I dare name some moderate Democrats, or will every name be received with scorn because they are Democrats?

There might be a couple here and there. The dems still hate Joe Lieberman??? for example.
And a moderate Democrat would have to not as far left as Sanders or to a lesser extent the Hildebeast.

Steny Hoyer, Shelly Moore Caputo, Chuck Schumer come to mind as moderate Democrats. I'll bet if we looked at the current Democrat members of the House, a score more would be cited as moderates.

The topic, however, is how the Republicans cannot fully unite behind the huckster buffoon Donald Trump.

Would you and your party care to lead by example, or at least explain the seismic divisions in the GOP?

Please don't try and pass Schumer off as a moderate just because he opposed the Iran deal. Hoyer maybe. As for the GOP division about Trump that is driven by the Bush's and their minions for the most part. Also elements of the business making money off illegal immigration don't want Trump.

Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania are among the Republicans distancing themselves from the shenanigans of The Donald. Bus minions?

Now, what will the remainder of the Republican incumbents do as Trump careens from gaffe to gaffe?

How stupid are the Jews that vote for any person that wants Israel to give away their land and their capital. The Jews had better take a cue from Netanyahu. The dims hate the Jews.

Celebrity biographer Jerry Oppenheimer reported that the night Bill unexpectedly lost his 1974 Arkansas congressional seat bid, Hillary shrieked at his campaign manager, “you fucking Jew bastard.”

“I was a little defensive about it. I looked to the floor thinking ‘How do I respond?’ I didn’t mind being called a son-of-a-bitch, but when it came to attacking my culture, that’s a whole ‘nother ballgame,” Fray recalled.

Fray’s wife said she was present at the time Hillary — renowned for her shrieking and cursing behind closed doors — allegedly made the comment. Another campaign worker, Paul McDonald, told the Guardian he was standing within earshot and heard the words as well. “I don’t know what provoked it or what. I just remember that one little comment.”

Good. Fuck the entire GOP. I hope the party implodes and never rears its ugly, tea-bagging garbage ever again.
