Bernie polls the best in the general election of any candidate running. If he were to get the nomination I think his numbers will drop drastically once people actually realize how badly his ideas will hit them in the purse, but he could still very much win. The U.S. is a nation of wimps now and wimps prefer to be serfs on a manor because it's easier that way.
