Indeed, at this point in national polling, Trump is enjoying his narrowest leads thus far this year. . in national polling.
Yet? This link and the Newsweek link, are a bit more misleading about the polling in the battleground states. That hasn't yet changed much. (That Decision Desk HQ did have Trump winning WI. . . last month, so? I suppose this could be called a shift?)
Of the three channels I follow, only one has updated since last time.

1. Trump was in the low 30s when he left office. 9 points is what he got for shutting the hell up for a few years, he is still under water.
2. People don’t really turn out to vote for Biden, they make sure to get their ass out and vote so Trump gets nowhere near the high office.
3. Election is over when Trump becomes a convicted criminal. Which is very likely.

Not really...
Good news is these polls are meaningless this far out from the election.
One thing to understand that these are primarily Registered Voter samples that do not model turnout.
Just because you say you WOULD vote for one candidate over another, doesn't mean you will actually get your ass off the couch and go vote. So who will be more motivated, those that lean voting for Biden (same as against Trump) or for Trump - that will ultimately decide the eleciton in small margin states.
