When you lie to the court to obtain search warrants or wire taps...any resulting information would fall under the heading of the "fruit of a poisoned tree"!

FBI's counterintelligence investigation began in may 2016 when Papadopulos lied to investigators.

Thats not anything poisoned, that's not "search warrants or wiretaps", so what you are saying doesn't make any ******* sense.

What report said that?

No report said that. These fools have no idea wtf they are posting.

Obama asked to them for a report on Russian interference after the election, no more no less.

The FISA court is different. It's under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)

Interesting...so the Inspector General knew about the Obama Oval Office meeting with Brennan and Clapper?

Inspector General, unlike you, understood that the criminal investigation was not predicated on Obama's administration say-so (nor did Obama's administration claim anything about Trump campaign's involvement).

Obama's Oval Office meeting with Brennan and Clapper had nothing to do with the origins of FBI counter intelligence investigation. Duh

Even Democrats are coming out in the media saying Trump's plans are working.

What a gross distortion.

No, Democrats do not generally have positive views about Trump's plans.

You must be really getting bumped around in your info bubble.

Did you just seriously say that reading what Trump said is "bullcrap"???

Idiot, let me put it to you in my words, since you claim to put premium on that over simply listening to what Trump said and using your damn head:

Trump equalized Putin murdering journalists, with America supposedly also killing someone.

He defended Putin, by shitting on America by effectively saying...well you know, we do that too.
Its a pay site for liberal morons...

DIRECTLY

Co-host Joe Scarborough then asked Trump what he thought about the number of high-profile murders of journalists who have been critical of Putin. "He’s running his country, and at least he’s a leader, you know unlike what we have in this country,” Trump responded.

Scarborough pressed Trump again on the issue.

“Well I think our country does plenty of killing also, Joe,” Trump said.

I remember seeing it live also.

And that's EXACTLY how it went.

The problem with you is you'll swallow any turd the leftist media feeds you without question, and ask for seconds.

CNN; "Here, eat this chocolate covered turd!"

AntonToo; "Thanks....mmmmm....tastes yummy.....can I have some more?"

I can only say, stop the bullshit, and take your medicine. You've been schooled.

....it's a public interview moron. I watched it in REAL TIME.

What is it you claim is "doctored"?

Are you on drugs?
They know Trump says some idiot things.
Their only defense is to claim that's not what Trump said, or what Trump meant to say.

Like when George Washington captured the airports.

Or magnets stop working when you get them wet.

In July 2024, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Trump in a 6-3 decision, holding that a former president is entitled to at least presumptive, if not absolute, immunity from prosecution for all official acts. Chief Justice Roberts, writing for the majority, distinguished between three types of actions a president may take. First, there are actions taken as a part of his core constitutional authority, which derive from the Constitution and lie outside the scope of Congress or the courts. According to the Court’s majority, these merit absolute immunity. Second, there are official acts that are taken as part of his role as president, but that do not constitute core constitutional powers; these are given “presumptive” immunity.
Spying on Trump campaign, lying about Russian collusion and swearing out a Fake FISA warrant are All outside official acts

From Paul Manafort, to Michael Flynn, to Roger Stone, there was plenty of Russian collusion going around.

Our President has declared he was not born here
Means Trump cannot accuse a noncitizen of treason

Is Trump going to admit he lied?
Wrong. President Trumo can take Obumbler at his word. And if Obumbler wants to raise the. non-citizenship as his defense, that’s Obumbler’s call.

Perhaps. But then there is the constitutional issue in which the constitution gives no authority to anybody but Congress to discipline an errant President. The maximum penalty for impeachment (indictment) for high crimes and misdemeanors is removal from office and being prohibited from running for office again should the Senate convict of that/those crimes.

It isn't so cut and dried for a President like it is for an ordinary citizen.
That’s how a President can be removed from office.

But it was never a license to commit crimes free from eventual judicial scrutiny.

All SCOTUS has finally said is that if the allegedly criminal behavior comes within the ambit of his duties and authority under the Constitution, he has immunity. If it doesn’t, then he isn’t immune from eventual prosecution.
