No, you can't.

Each voter gets 1 envelope. There can be only one ballot in each envelope. The envelopes are coded with the ID of the voter. When the envelope comes in, it is scanned and recorded, and the signature is checked, so each voter can only vote once. Then the ballot is removed and tallied anonymously.
